Cylinder repairing and servicing

Repairing of worn out and used cylinders have to be carried out with utmost precision. In fact, repairing a cylinder and making it re-usable requires a high level of meticulousness. Owing to the fact that here has not been a reliable and organized service center for reconditioning and servicing of hydraulic cylinders and equipment, that are being extensively used in automobile industries and marine sectors. Following a unique and unpretentious technique the cylinders are subjected to a thorough preliminary cleaning by high pressure water jets, then after they are de-rusted using a suitable agent. Using necessary torqueing tools and nut busters are used on suitable fixtures that can accommodate variety of sizes up to Bore Diameters of 300mm and lengths up to 3 Meters are undertaken and by the technique of honing and plating of tubes and rods, the cylinders are rebuilt to their original condition. They are put to stringent testing according to the international standards and finally are approved as cylinders efficient enough to be re-established into the relevant system, and the complete parameters pertaining to the competence of the cylinder are recorded into a test certificate, with an extended warranty of 6 months for the serviced cylinders.
